Best estimate for the voice and music broadcast is from 22 Jul 1915 UTC to 22 Jul 2025 UTC. Freq 7120 LSB.

The broadcast was made up of segments of 2-4 minutes with approximately 30 second gaps. Male voice, male voice with music, female voice (all sounding like a studio), and male voice with sounds of jet aircraft in the background, as if they're trying to suggest it's being broadcast from a busy airport.

I could not hear it from San Antonio, but it was s9+20 from SDR in Orlando, FL.

I just received the ARRL Newsletter dated 22 Jul 21. Here's the piece on the Cuban jamming with images removed:

Note that last sentence. I forwarded another batch of reports yesterday, and have gotten feedback from ARRL to keep sending them.

The ARRL and IARU need ammunition, folks.

I hear ya, but it's pretty clear not many people are squeaking in the right direction... It's easy to complain on social media, but it's not very effective. :(

From the ARRL letter quoted above - last sentence:

"International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) Region 2 (the Americas) President Ramón Santoyo, XE1KK, said no complaints had been received by July 20."

So does that mean XE1KK is who we should be complaining to? Does he have an email address?

Many years ago, as a V.E., I helped administer the
U.S. amateur Extra exam for Ramon, seemed to
be a "swell sort of fellow" to me, and is a very active ham.

We are in the U.S., so I would say we should send our
reports to the ARRL, and/or the FCC.

Ramon has a QRZ profile. Maybe he has not heard about this?

He has a qrz page. Also there is a electronic message where you can say”hello” and it documents your call sign. Maybe we all need to say hello to him.
