While in Las Vegas, NV I went to the Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort for a Parks On The Air (POTA) activation. The POTA ID is K-4443, and is located in down town Las Vegas. I used the PackTenna Mini End Fed Half Wave, and in about 45 minutes made 24 contacts including North Pole, Alaska. The PackTenna Mini EFHW has been the easiest and one of the best antennas I have used to date. This antennas is also extremely small, making POTA and SOTA work easier.
I like the article WJ6F, although I just wanted to let you know that it is "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints". Mormon is a nickname that is designed to take Christ out of our name, So our church is trying to get back to our actual name.
