Seriously? There's only about 100 other ham radio groups on FB, many with thousands of members. Why re-invent the wheel? Seems more like a "HAM RADIO & Co." advertisement than anything else. And why-oh-why make it a closed group? Some folks might like to search for answers without joining. Which is a better benefit as a whole (much like qrz.com). (And don't argue that it's somehow better "security". It's not.) But good luck in your pursuits. As redundant as they may be. 73
No need to bash. It's like the open source world. Lots of people start a like projects. The strong survive. As for it not being an open group. Gotta keep the trash out. You know, spammers and such. Of course, people with negative attitudes.
