    144 and 1240 MHz bands – RSGB information
    RSGB volunteers continue to be engaged with IARU and Ofcom on WRC matters including the 144 MHz and 1240 MHz bands as well as WRC-19 Agenda Items in CEPT-PTD (50 MHz, WPT, 5 GHz) and CEPT-PT1 (24/47 GHz)

    At UK level, RSGB are members of the Ofcom IFPG groups that consider these matters.

    I seems funny to me that there has not been very much said about the possible loss of the 144-146 and the 23cms bands. not only in the UK but around the world. whats is it going to take to get a discussion going and fight back. I do appreciate we do not have any rights over the bands but it will affect a lot of business and people around the World. So come on lads and lasses have a moan at least.

    Can we get 'pulse' emissions (as for RADAR) added to those bands for our use? I would even like something like CW and/or 'FM' RADAR use approved for our use ...
