Bill, I've been going back and reading some old threads in this forum and had to laugh at this ironic comment. However, you've done a great job!

In going through this thread it is also interesting to note the individuals that don't post here anymore, for various reasons.

Is that an issue? I have no idea why it should be. If so, maybe threads should just be locked or deleted after a designated time.

BTW, how or why did this get moved from the "Just Talking - Political" forum?

 

No, not an issue at all, just saying it is from 2016 with a wave and a smile.

Thanks, Lisa! I think it is a good thread. The first post gives some very good perspective on what things are considered to become a forum moderator. While it was posted in search of moderators for the political forum, I would imagine that similar traits would be desirable for all forums here.

It was actually interesting to read all the different comments.

 

I think it should be locked because W5YN says that the thread was moved from the "Just Talking - Political" forum, making the original post invalid in this forum. And the thread is from 2016.
