tweaker indeed, that crystal meth nonsense is a HUGE problem out here in the inland empire. The farther east you go, the worse it gets till you hit the ca/az border. I daresay half of all cb'rs have dabbled in the twak, and ALOT of the hams i hear out here sound that way too. She is not a freak accident, theyre a growing population. a expired call ending in ydo being one of the most infamous (thats not libel, ask him and he will tell you he loves it.)

 

to this i respond: a jammer doesnt need to have a license to buy, or use a radio..... most of them are expired license holders or never had their ticket at all. But i am from the school of thought that removing the code slowed the agonizing and inevitable death of amateur radio, one of the loves of my no-code-tech life.
