Ofcom have enabled licenced amateures In Scotland a variation to there calls - A for Alba to celebrate Homecoming Scotland 2009 untill November 30.

This celebrates the 250th aniversary of the birth of Robert Burns who Is widely regarded as the national poet of Scotland. We are also celebrating some of Scotlands great contributions to the world like: Golf, Whisky, Great minds & Innovations and Scotland's rich culture and heritage.

This may give licenced amateures around the world the chance to obtain special QSL cards from Scottish amateures who are using the call untill the end of the month.
