Default SumbandilaSat's elusive beacon

SumbandilaSat's elusive beacon

Since its launch, the SumbandilaSat beacon has been copied by the ground station in Stellenbosch, South Africa, but it now seems to have disappeared.

The reason seems unclear.
It may have accidentally happened by someone sending the incorrect CTCSS tones, wiping the audio.
Time is being scheduled in the activation programme to reload the audio.

Testing of various other payloads is continuing. It is however expected that the amateur payload will be made available in-between other operations. Where possible, details will be placed on the SA AMSAT website at www.amsatsa.org.za.
