A & A Engineering QRP CW Transceiver

Looking to get rid of this radio, It was given to me by a fellow ham and I can't get it working correctly. This could be considered a tech special, I don't have the tools to troubleshoot but I had someone look at it and was told it would be an easy fix.

This is a 20m CW transceiver that is currently set up for 30m operation. I have associated documentation for the unit as well. Looking to get $50 + shipping costs. The radio is in very good condition cosmetically inside and out.
