I have an IC-2200H that was high speed modified by
"STUMPY THE CAT".. While front panel screws were out,
it was thrown from table thus damaging the connectors / cable.
I give up. my loss your gain.
view this as a parts radio, if you can fix it, great.
My eyes don't see well enough to repair it..

No mic
No power cord
No manuel
No working.
