According to research, It should work in the following radios.

IC-740
IC-745
IC-751 / 751A
R-70 / R-71 / R-71A And More.

Think they will also fit the 781. My 765 had one. If the IF in am mode is the same frequency as for the 730 to 781 rigs, you could just wire this guy in and get great selectivity. Wonderfull filter. Great price too, for something hard to find.
