Zodiac RT 7230

Hi,
Recently I got a Zodiac RT 7230 equipment form a junk yard.I do not know what it is nor it's functions.Grateful if any one tell me what it is and other connected information.

It is not in a working order and need to have a circuit diagram if available.

I tried the net to find information but failed.

No idea, but says VHF, but not listed in their VHF section.

Maybe a receiver of some kind. I don't decode the language.
