No...if you're interested in purchasing a used HT, perhaps posting in the "Wanted" section would be the best.

Great....well give it a little time. You might also look into ham clubs in your area. Many have swap lists. If you're not a member of a local ham club, you might check into that. This way you'll meet other hams in your area and someone might have an HT they want to sell.

EDIT: I see now you already have one.

I'll keep the below for future buyers.

Hello,

My very first 2m/440 HT was a IC-W2A that I got from eBay for 75$. It worked quite well and had a strong signal out. Unfortunately it's barely breathing currently (I accidentally bricked it). I would sell it to you if it was fully operational.

I would recommend you check out ebay and look for a good, used dual band ht. However, be ULTRA cautious with properly checking feedback, reading the description. Ask yourself this one question: is the seller an Honest Ham? Does the description look like its coming from someone who really knows the radio, or just someone who's selling a bunch of electronics. Check their previous sales. If they have a lot of ham radio equipment good chance is they are a ham. If you see mostly CB radios, cd players, etc. I would be cautious.

When dealing on ebay, deal with Hams Also, google the username to see if they come up on any negative feedback forums.
