Help with ProLog2K logging program

Is there someone out there that can assist me adding a new country (or 2) to my ProLog2K logging program? I have successfully created new prefixes but they refuse to show up in the awards data base so I can't track them. I have unlimited phone calling service so would be glad to call anyone that is

He also mentions something about having to resync the files and also being sure that the software is otherwise up to date.
