Very Sloooooow CW practice

I am looking for anyone who would like to practice CW, very slow. I am about 6 to 8 words per minute but I believe actual qso practice would help greatly. I have tried a local CW practice here in Portland, Oregon but have trouble copying there signal due to band and distance, 10 meters. Any help is appreciated and maybe there is someone out there in my shoes, we could possibly set up a daily or every other day qso.
