Default LOTW QSL count is wrong...

I have been using LOTW since early this year. I noticed something strange with the QSL count recently. For days my count was 843. Then I had 5 new QSLs that appeared on the list of recent QSLs, but the count of 843 remained instead of being increased by 5.
Has anyone else noticed such an anomaly on LOTW?

Occasionally, I get what appears to be a "replacement" for a card that's already there. Is one of the "new" cards for an old QSO? If so, then it's probably not a new card.

I think occasionally someone uploads a log, and then uploads the same log again later. The "new" card shows up at the top of your "Recent QSLs" list, but it's really been counted before.

Just out of curiousity, were the "new" cards from W7RN? A bunch of theirs just showed up for me as my most recent QSL's, but I know I've seen most or all of them before. I suspect they upload their entire log occasionally. They're in a lot of contests, so they probably get bumped up to the top of a lot of logs.

Roger, roger, they were. It is possible that I had received them earlier in the year and those from the other day were duplicates.
Thanks a lot for the relevant info!
