This tuner is is very good condition; when switched on, the meter reads just above "zero", but reads accurately. Everything else about this very clean (non-smoking house) unit works like brand new; I have been using this for the past few years on 160-10 meters (it also covers 6 meters). to tune an end fed wire and a dipole. It has a built-in dummy load and will handle 300 watts.
