Here I have a non-working Icom 746 model.
Comes with original manual,box,power cord and hand mic.
Cosmetically it's a easy 9/10
Was working fine then one day wouldn't play properly.
Make offer on it..may be fixable may be parts only.
A white screen is what I get as shown.
