I've been running Windows 2000 Pro since it was released. It has been solid as a rock for me... very stable.

Default Linux is a RELIGION, not an OS

and only 8% are running Macintosh systems.

The impending arrival of Windows 7 promises to further reduce the market shares of the other two "rival" systems. I put "rival" in quotes, only because it is an amusing belief that the two competing systems, both continuing to shrink share, are believed to "compete."

Shows the power of faith: however illogical the premise, you will find zealots hotly upholding the creeds in the face of all reason.

Need to kill a few hours / days / weeks reading (some rather funny) material that "aligns" with your post?

Go to Linux Hater's Blog.

Highly entertaining.

Default Using Linux

Linux is the choice regardless of distro. If you are using win98 you need help catching up to the present.

Vista is not too bad for what I use it for.
Linux totally sucks and not even ready for prime time.

Most anything that ends with *nix, and then a couple others.

I do try to stay away from the Windows though.

Formerly, Ubuntu.

Presently, Fedora 11. Much more stable!
