    Lightbulb

I recently acquired an icom ic735 after wanting one for a long time.Last night I finished building and installing my
160m dipole for that band.I know the radio will transmit out of band(per specs anyways)because it works on 60m.
My question is this:when the radio is modded is it a trade-off to lose one band to gain another?
I am also wondering if undoing the mod will bring it back to the factory settings or if it is even possible?I know someone will say to look at Mods dk but I am having trouble getting in that site from work here.I appreciate all input on the matter.

edit:Also I notice that going from 1.999.9 to 2.000.0 it clicks inside and that is where it will transmit. If that helps any.

    Have you considered:

    1. AB4OJ Icom Web site?
    2. The Icom Reflector at QTH.net?
    3. Any of the Yahoo Icom Users Groups?

For the last 3+ years I have mentioned Adam's site as he has lots of Icom related data and additional web sites for Icom data.
