I'm looking at downloading a free logging program. I don't know which one to choose, I downloaded one and it was just a trial. So basically I'm looking for a good logging program that's free.

I use an ARRL log book, maybe, if I start making a lot more contacts, I'll upgrade to some software.

For the money, ACLog can't be beat. Ham radio Deluxe is about the best free one though.

I use xmlog for general logging. It's free and works well for me.

Genlog is a pretty basic, but good, free general logging program, as well as being pretty darn good as far as a contest logger as well.

XMLog is a very simple to use logging software and it manage also DXCC,WAZ,WAS... awards and IOTA references. It could be used as a general logging optimally, but not for a contest activity.
You can find it FREE in this web site at downloads\logbook programs\xmlog302.

Logger32 for general logging and awards tracking. N1MM for contesting. Both are free and very well supported by the authors and active email disucssion groups. My paper log gets all QSOs but contests. eQSL and LoTW serve as my log backups.
