Beware of W4BPT

A year ago this last June/2005 I traded a Icom 2AT to Billy
Taylor SR., W4BPT for a laptop computer. He acknowledged receiving the radio and said the computer was on it's way. There has been many e-mails between us and many promises and excuses. But never my radio back or the promised cvomputer. He has told me many lies like: got computer back because of wrong zip code. He would send another computer. Duh! why not resend the same one? The value of the merchandise being so small I cannot afford taking legal action. Just beware of this guy.javascript:emoticon('&#39

hi sorry to hear about your troubles #why not phone the local police dept. i don't know how much money you lost but if i remember right in georgia any thing over 150.00 is GRAND THEFT carries a pretty stiff jail sentence you never know if you get the right person he might just pay the crook a visit #gud luck

Just for your info, this guy dose not live in Georga anymore. Address on QRZ is wrong. He now lives in Whitesville, WV if you would like to call the local police there. I run a skip tracing business and tracked him to this location...

looks like this guy is in trouble with the fcc too failed to update his station location might get him a pink slip or even LOOSE his ham ticket .........
