While communicating wiht w8dan I was in the proccess of purchaing a Kenwood TM-741a from him...he stated to me in our communication that the rig worked except there was no access to the memory and the display lights were out...After reaching an agreement of price the Postal Money Order was sent out to him along with an email showing a photo copy of PMO...later communication from w8dan says that he did a hard rest and rig no longer will function, in the mean time I recieve the rig and low and behold rig does not work! Another email sent telling him that the rig wast as expressed...and his response was:
He stated the rig didnt work. Now is this a very good example of misrepresentation or what? Thanx Dan for the rip off.. I hope you sleep well ate night knowing you took advantage of a Handi-capped Ham !
