I'm looking for either a complete "official" operating/service manual for the 99-channel Vertex FTL-2011 VHF mobile xcvr, or for a summary of the front-panel operating parameters & controls. I purchased one of these rigs, together with programming cables/software, and had the various parameters/channels/channel banks, etc. programmed prior to shipment. I'm in process of reconfiguring the computer systems here and would like to get this rig on the air now, without going through reading the radio and trying to figure out where I'm goofing up.

At present, radio seems to be OK, but I can't transmit or receive; keying PTT produces 2-3 quick beeps but no output, and radio won't receive even with squelch fully opened via long press of MON button (white noise only). Display has "ENT" showing in one spot, on all channels.

Having trouble locating a manual for less than $50, and although would like to have a manual, I'd be grateful if someone familiar with this rig would be so kind as to summarize what I need to do to get it in operatiung mode. #
