HRD news: WY7YL returns to HRD as support specialist, adds UK support member.

HRD Software, LLC is pleased to announce the return of Katie Allen, WY7YL to the HRD Staff starting in June, 2015.

Rick Ruhl, W4PC said, “I am so glad Katie decided to rejoin our team. She is well respected by the owners and staff, as well as our customer base. She was welcomed back with open arms, as I personally have a deep respect for her technical skill and her interaction with the fellow hams.”

Katie Allen, WY7YL said “I’m really excited to return to HRD. After visiting with so many folks in Dayton that I helped while with HRD, I realized leaving the industry was not one of my better ideas and that I really missed doing tech support with HRD. I look forward to digging back in to helping my fellow hams again and seeing them at the shows. I truly appreciate the opportunity that the owners are providing by welcoming me back to the company as if I never left.”

In addition to Katie returning, HRD is very pleased to welcome Robin Mosley, G1MHU who will be joining the support team in mid-June from Wakefield England. “Having Robin join our team will expand our support outreach for more of our global customers. His technical expertise and customer service experience will be another welcome addition to the HRD team” added Rick Ruhl, W4PC.

One final change starting in June to note, the phone support hours will now have an early start time of 6 AM ET and open until 7 PM EST. These new hours will begin mid June once the new support team is fully in place.
