    I know Elder Apollo is busy with his other works but I question why its impossible for others to operate from there. I know Apollo receives many donations and I hope its not because they may lose the donations that they do not allow others to operate. I think SV/A should be deleted along with Scaffold Reef aka Scarborough Reef
