Gerald Youngblood K5SDR, founder, President and CEO of FlexRadio Systems, gives the banquet talk at the 2014 DCC. You'll learn how... and why... he started FlexRadio. He knew it would be innovative, but he didn't really expect the success the company has seen. It wasn't easy, and there were several points where he had to take a big risk to reach the next level, or let the company wither and die.

The Saturday banquet is generally a less-technical talk to appeal to the non-hams who accompany DCC attendees. They've spent the day sightseeing. The hams have spent the day with fairly deep, intense topics. Now everyone can relax and enjoy learning about something without studying it.
