I regret to report that my husband, Charles Lindenberg, W7BXH, passed away on Nov. 3, 2014. He was an active radio amateur since high school age, and became an expert in Code during his Coast Guard service. A member of the San Juan County Amateur Radio Society for over 20 years, he taught classes, monitored the annual Marathon, and was a volunteer examiner for testing new candidates for licensing. I believe he is in a better place, where
all communications are perfect Respectfully, Nancy Lindenberg

I sent a copy of his Obituary to the ARRL so he can be Honored in a future QST Magazine as Silent Key.

    Nancy,
Most sorry to hear about Chuck. Worked with him for a number of years at KOMO-TV. Made it to your store in Friday Harbor numerous times in the summer. Chuck was a true professional in the TV Broadcast business and a gosh darn good pilot. He was always quick with the wit and got the job done in a very timely and professional manor. Chuck shall be missed.
