3B8DU has set up a Winlink 2000 WINMOR RMS on the Indian Ocean Island of Mauritius.
Frequencies: 14.080, 21.080, 28.180 MHz Center. -1.5 KHz dial.
Please test this RMS with a long text email or small picture attached.
Pactor will be added, if a Pactor modem could be donated.

This very important RMS will serve the cruising sailing community well.
Crossing the Indian Ocean is a long and arduous endeavor.
