    25 Oct 2014 The Miller County AR. ARES group is hosting a special event at the Boggy creek festival in Fouke AR. The times we will be operating are 0900L to 1500l CST. All information is posted on the ARRL website for frequencies and qsl info. right now we have not decided on a design for a qsl card or certificate. We haven't decided which one we are going to send out either. I will post a pic as soon as we get a design drawn up.

    This festival is for the bigfoot enthusiast and skeptic. There will be speakers and and vendors of different varieties. Miller County ARES will have the OEM trailer set up promoting the hobby of HAM radio and showing the citizens of the county what some of their tax dollars are being used for in case we have an emergency and needing emmcom support .
