    Lloyd Lee Cruse, 75, of Paducah, KY, passed away at 5:05 am on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Lourdes Hospital. He was a retired carpenter.

    Lloyd was born in Mayfield, KY on April 11, 1939 to Nathan Cruse and Violet Perkins Snow. He served his country in the United States Marine Corp. He was a Kentucky Colonel and considered himself to be a #1 University of Kentucky Wildcat Basketball fan. He was an avid Amateur Radio Operator who loved and was loved by all of his Ham Radio buddies. Although bedfast for the past two years as he battled his illness, he was loved and considered a dear friend by those in the medical community who came to know him. He will be greatly missed by Barbara Finney as well as Michelle, Ashley and the rest of his “Lone Oak Pharmacy family”.

    He is survived by his daughters, Felicia “Boo” Molott and her husband Jerry , of Kevil, KY and Lisa Cruse, of Paducah, KY; his sons, Mark Cruse and his wife Robbie, of West Paducah, KY and Randall Lee Cruse and his wife Vickie, of Mayfield, KY; his brothers, Nathanael Cruse, of Paducah, KY and Phillip Snow and his wife Lois, of Paducah, KY; his grandchildren, Nathan Cruse, Curtis Cruse, Anthony Cruse, David Crittendon, Jared Molott and his wife, Emily, Cameron Molott, Olivia Molott and two step-granddaughters; his great grandchildren, Bryce Cruse, Jett Molott and five step-great grandchildren.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, Nathan Cruse and Violet A. Perkins Snow, two sisters who were twins and one brother.

    A funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. Rev. Stan Durrett and Rev. Brady Wynn will officiate. Burial will follow at Owens Chapel Cemetery in Graves county.

    Visitation will be held Monday evening, September 8, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.

    Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to: Lourdes Hospice, P O Box 7100, Paducah, KY 42002-7100 or Vanderbilt Cancer Center, 2220 Pierce Ave., Nashville, TN 37232.
