To all interested in coming in person or working us on the HF bands,

The Nashville mini maker faire will be coming up this Saturday, September
    13th 10am/5pm.
Chickenroadlabs.com will be setup with, among other things, a HF
radio station with special event call K4Q, allowing people to make their own
contacts. Below are our target calling frequencies.
    21.300 18.200 14.250.
We encourage everyone to work this station and help make the event a success!
If anyone would like to attend in person, it is a free event located at the
adventure science center in Nashville. More info can be found at
    www.chickenroadlabs.com

    or www.nashvillemakerfaire.com

    73's and hope to hear
    everyone,

I'll try to work ya, but you might be too close to me for HF. I'm just SW of you in Savannah.

just an idea........ the ARRL VHF contest starts @ 1800z .

you might want to give 50 MHz a shot

Thanks for the advice!!! The ARRL announcement made us pick 3 frequencies, but I may take operators privilege and go down on 6 to do some calling as well. 73's and hope to work you,
