On November 29-30, 2014 a special event station will operate at the historic Carnton Plantation in Franklin, TN. 150 years ago more than 8,000 Union and Confederate soldiers were killed or wounded in the Battle of Franklin, one of the deadliest battles in the Civil War. The call sign will be N4S. In addition to the frequencies listed the station will be operating in the general portion of most bands.
