I am not sure if it helps but my wife, Mik Hirano, worked for Sony Tektronix in Tokyo Japan many years ago. the better half is Japanense and that was her first job out of university. i do know the human resource/personal department staff at the same place. not sure if this helps but just ask and i will see if i can get the info you are seeking
