Brasilia year 54 contest - NOW INTERNATIONAL

Dear hamradios,
the Radio Emissions Amateur League from Distrito Federal (LABRE-DF) invites all hamradios to participate of the BRASILIA YEAR 54 CONTEST in order to celebrate the 54th anniversary from the capital of Brazil.

BANDS:
10, 15, 20, 40 and 80 Meters

DATES:
Digital Modes (Any mode): April 18th 0000 UTC - April 19th 2400 UTC - Calling CQ TEST BSB
Phone Mode: April 19th 0000 UTC - April 20th 2400 UTC - Calling CQ BRASILIA ANO 54
CW Mode: April 26th 0000 UTC - April 27th 2400 UTC - Calling CQ TEST BSB

Categories:
National, International, YLs stations.

Unique operator:
Monoband: QRP (till 5W), low power (Higher than 5W till 200W) and High power (higher than 200W) and field stations (Field Day like stations).
Multiband: QRP (till 5W), low power (Higher than 5W till 200W) and High power (higher than 200W) and field stations (Field Day like stations).

Clubs:
Clubs, Associations and Teams.

Observations:
The PT2AAA will participate as "HORS CONCOURS".
The field station is that ones that is not on its addresses and into a config that allows portability (camping, mobile stations for example).

Message:
Brazilian stations: RST + State Abbreviation (such as DF, AM, RJ, SP, RS, CE, MT, MS, RR, RO...);
International Stations: RST + Sequencial starting on number 1 (it will not restart when band change);

Additional information on the messages:
Female hamradio operators must add /YL after the message.
QRP stations must add /Q.
Field stations must add /F.

Points:
Contact with PT2AAA: 10 points
QRP, YL and Field Stations: 5 points
DF state stations: 3 points
Another stations: 1 point

Repetitive QSOs will be validated since made on different bands.

Multipliers:
Each state and country worked by band

Score:
Total points times the total of multipliers

Prizes:
First place for each category will receive Trophies.
Second and Third place for each category will receive certificates.

Log Report:
ADIF, Cabrillo or spreadsheet with the Callsing and mode at the SUBJECT of the email message (Ex. PT2AAA-CW or PT2AA-PHONE).

Logs sent by mail will receive eletronic confirmation.

Results and prize cerimony:
The preliminary results will be displayed on LABRE's webpage at www.labre-df.org and revisions will be accepted till August 31st 2014.
The final result will be displayed on september 6th 2014 and can be checked at the same webpage.
The prize delivery will be made on November 1st 2014 at LABRE-DF dependencies. Those who can't go to the cerimony will receive the prizes via postal service.
