Just saw Bill listed in the Silent Keys column in QST, what a shock.
I've been out of touch with Bill for years now but we were friends when we both lived in Staten Island - I did visit Bill once when he moved to Freehold.
Very sorry to hear this sad news, my condolences to his mom.
