Eham's owner has made seller/lister info on new ads available to subscribers only for the first 24 hours. I guess he thought this was 'the way to go' instead of requiring a subscription to read products reviews.
Hmm, since most guys I know list their equipment on numerous sites it makes me wonder why would people bother with an eham listing at all?
After all, instead of just several hundred [?]subscribers, 'everyone' gets to see the seller/lister info at the same time on the 'other' sites.
The market place has a way of taking care of these things. #If you paid money for some service such as advertising, you likely have a gripe as to the number of persons now seeing your ad. #If you paid for nothing, on the site, that is what you are due. #People will either pay, if they think it's worth the cost, or move on to other sites. That's the way capitalism should work.
"Like Rome, America apparently can coast for a long time on the fumes of its wonderful political heritage and economic dynamism — even if both are little understood or appreciated by most who still benefit from them."

I sent a very polite msg to Eham suggesting that they just shot themselves in the foot. Will be interesting to see what happens.
