Dose any one know about this amp? Is it a 500w amp or is that just the name some one put on it? What kind of a meter would I need to load and tune it? Any help would be very much appreciated.

The closest I could find was an AUDIO amplifier called the Nighthawk 500. Is that what it is?

Otherwise, I'd say it's not a ham amplifier of any kind.

It does sound like an 11m amp.
If it uses old sweep tubes (6JE6, 6LQ6, 6LF6 etc) it is a CB amp.
Usable for parts, but not much else.
