Yes, that was posted about a year ago. Hector had obtained the first satellite VUCC award in Cuba, and a local television station featured him on a broadcast describing his satellite hobby. A pretty good video clip. I'm hoping to have other videos of Hector at the AMSAT Symposium later this week, and possibly on the radio from Orlando, so more can see Hector while he is in the US.
