Robin didn't invent D-STAR, but he invented an awful lot of D-STAR stuff that
hams use every day: The DVDongle, the DVAP, DPLUS linking and utility software,
and coming soon, the UHF DVAP (Robin writes the software. His partner,
Moe Wheatley AE4JY, does the hardware). In this episode from the
Huntsville Hamfest, KN4AQ talks to Robin for the better part of an hour,
and learns a lot about how Robin got started and put this stuff together, and
we get a peek at what's coming next.
