mini adjustable regulator power supply board

A while back I needed a miniature power supply for a vec 820 filter and another project I'm working on.
this is what I came up with using an adjustable regulator.

I have 6 pcb's available for $5.75 each, price includes shipping in the US.
I have the parts list from Mouser electronics, cost of parts from them is $1.75.
if there is an interest in these boards I will look at putting together a kit.

standard regulator, up to about 38 volts dc in handle between 1 to 1 1/2 amp current depending on the regulator used. uses to 220 reg.
240 ohm resistor, 5k potentiometer, 0.1uf and 1 uf caps. overall size 1" by 1" can use screw terminals or direct connect.
