Lost contacts in Log Book
When QRZ updated My page w/ My new call,all contacts under the call AE5UI are gone. How do I get those back?
As the QRZ Logbook is only applicable to your current callsign and not previous ones, you will have to rely on your backup copy of the callsign AE5UI logbook.
Page 6 of the QRZ Logbook User Guide cautions as follows:
"The station’s logbook data should be periodically downloaded to storage media because the QRZ Logbook is not an archive and QRZ is not responsible for lost data. This is especially the case should a User’s station callsign change occur, for example to a vanity call, in order to archive the previous callsign’s log."
