Credit Card Points - schweet!
A few years ago my wife and I switched to doing most purchases through a card that accumulates "credit points" in a hotel chain.
We use the card for gas, groceries, etc...for most everthing and everywhere we can. We pay the balance off in full each month so we don't pay interest.
After a few years we accumulated a LOT of points and have begun using them. This weekend we went to an amusement park and stayed in the hotel chain both the night before and after - which we might not have done at all before the points. The suite was huge - and breakfast each morning was on the house. We have enough points that we could have stayed something like 2 months in that room before running out.
Its like something for nothing. I'm paying the same price for the products I'm buying anyway and I'm not paying any interest on the card. I don't believe I'll ever have to pay for a hotel again.
Why would anyone not do this?

Mods- sorry - this should be in the rawchew forum and I can't figure out how to move it. Could you please? Or just delete? (we'll all survive!)
