Have you recorded your QSOs with a logging application of some kind?

If having LotW in place means you've uploaded each of your QSOs to LotW, then you can download this information to populate a logging application that can perform the "callsign search" function you seek. DXKeeper, the logging component of the free-ware DXLab Suite can perform this function, as can any other competent logging application.

Since you'd be starting with an empty log, the backup step suggested in step 1 is unnecessary.

In the HRD Logbook just look for the "Filter Button". Just check the box by "Filter by Callsign" On that drop down, I just select "Contains", you might want to experiment with the other choices.
