    Is there a site where I can download the show to my phone as an Mp4 file instead of streaming it? My data plan is limited and once I get out of wifi range I can't watch it.

    Steve if you go to www.hqaradio.com/hsl and right click on the ad for this weeks show you will have an option to save link as and a dialog box will come up with file name and type.
