Default K6BBQ's Tricycle Mobile 2012 Field Day

Tonight I posted my 2012 ARRL Field Day video.
Like the 2011 video, I was again tricycle mobile (1 C San Francisco) along the San Francisco Bay Trail.
This time I included many more QSOs in the video.

If you like the video, please share it with your ham friends and club.

I have over 20 videos on my YouTube channel, most are portable and tricycle mobile operating.

I gotta say when I read the thread title I was expecting a silly video of a guy on a trike. I was pleasantly surprised! Very well done video and very cool idea.

Thanks for posting, Rem, I've always enjoyed your videos. I was hoping you would call me during FD so I could be in a video but we never crossed paths... 73!

His videos are great to showing people unfamiliar with Ham radio what can be done with a small, portable station. I mean, here's a guy pedaling around the San Francisco Bay area making voice contacts with stations on the opposite side of the country. It goes to show that you don't need a giant antenna on a huge tower and kilowatts of power. A hundred watts, or less, and a buddy stick gets the job done for him.
