Incoming notice when 1st go to logbook , but no sign of the incoming ?

I get this page when going to my logbook , but never find the new contact ?

Tried the link and it is not my logbook page , I assume because of , logged in .
But at the top in small red You have 1 contacts awaiting your confirmation.
And when I click the view contacts no sign of the awaiting

1. Go to www.qrz.com
2. If you have not done so already, log in using your callsign and password.
3. Place your mouse arrow over your CALLSIGN at the right hand side of the top menu bar.
4. Select “My Logbook” from the pull down menu that will automatically launch.
5. When your logbook opens, go to the Control tab.
6. Select “All Unconfirmed” from the “Show” pull-down menu to view a listing of all unconfirmed records.

DQ , none of that makes sense to me ,
1st off , I wouldn't have gotten to the point of getting into my logbook telling me that I have contacts waiting without logging in .
2nd I do not get a drop-down menu from my call sign on the upper right , so no logbook option to choose from .

I get into my logbook by putting my call sign in the , callsign __X___ go , then I get my bio page and click on logbook , then I get the latest page from logbook , just under tabs - bio - detail - notes - logbook bar , but above the log page in red letters is one line saying - you have 1 contact awaiting your confirmation . - then next to that is a oval that says , view contacts , I click on that shows my full log book but no new unconfirmed contact like I have in the past .
I have been using the log book for some time with over 500 contacts , and this has worked in the past , just not now .

Thank you for clarifying your sequence of operations, it had been a bit unclear to me so I replied with more general instructions.

I cannot explain why the drop-down menu does not appear when you hover your mouse over your callsign at the upper right. I have checked it using Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers. See attached figure.

The work around you are using also gets you into your Logbook. Once there, look on the left hand side and make sure the CONTROL tab is active (it should be by default, otherwise click on it). Look for the selection box marked "Show:" and click on the pull down menu arrow. Then select "All Unconfirmed". See attached figure. If still missing, click on "Refresh page" icon (two circular arrows).

I am using Google Crome , it is not listed on the check your cookies page as one of the operating systems .
But I did find the incoming unconfirmed call , they did not list a frequency , so I have to go check my paper logs .
The missing point at my end was to click on the drop down for showing incoming unconfirmed .
In the past , it would have been just on the last page of showing all contacts .
