As suggested previously, if you eat a good selection of different food there is no need for taking tablets of vitamin B12, E, C, and all the rest. ^^That last bit is good advice. My physician makes recommendations after reviewing the results of blood and urine tests and asking a lot of questions during the interview portion of my annual physical. She usually calls for new tests about three months later to see if whatever was suggested works.
