I recently purchased a gently used Yaesu FT-747GX from Dave as a first HF radio, and the experience was far better than any I've ever received on Ebay. He went out of his way to make sure the entire transaction went smoothly. He even let me know the day the radio arrived on the patio (I had of course been excitedly clicking refresh on UPS's website for several hours...).

I was a little nervous about buying from outside the U.S., but the transaction went smoothly, and I was certain Paypal would cover the transaction if something did go wrong. The radio arrived in perfect working condition, and I've already logged around 20 QSOs (mostly 40 meters, a couple 20 meters, and one 10 meter).
