You had better charge more than that. Almost all of the gear made before the RoHS era contains various amounts of hazardous substances - such as lead solder - and the disposal fees could put a real hurting on your wallet.

I once heard that Collins gear was by far the worst offender where this is concerned but it may be just a nasty rumor.
