Yep. Ham radio is dying, and nobody is willing to spend much money on ham gear. I'll do everyone a favor: I'll pay you $200 for all of your gear. I know, it's a swell deal, and I'm taking the lumps for paying so much for your useless gear, but I consider it a favor, to help a fellow ham out.

Just send me a PM, and I'll unload all your stuff from your hands, as a courtesy.

You had better charge more than that. Almost all of the gear made before the RoHS era contains various amounts of hazardous substances - such as lead solder - and the disposal fees could put a real hurting on your wallet.

I once heard that Collins gear was by far the worst offender where this is concerned but it may be just a nasty rumor.
